FULL SERVICE PROGRAM
Lawn and Leaf
Need Basic lawn service and leaf pick up, this is the go to.
Weekly lawn cutting with trimming and clipping bags. Includes recycling but thats not the best part. Beside having a reliable company service your property, we also use stripe kits, light weight mowers, blow off all hardscapes etc.
In the winter, this package covers smaller biweekly leaf removal. Just to keep the bulk of the leaves at bay, keep rodents from nesting, keep out lawn mold or bad fungus strains, prevents hardscape staining. etc.
$281.45 monthly minimum up to 7500 sqft serviceable area
Weekly mowing, biweekly leaf pickups.

Lawn Ace
Covers a dedicated AOS Lawn Tech to service your properties lawn. This tech will manage everything needed to keep your lawn healthy to naturally help reduce weed pressure using only toxic free methods. Same practices used by golf courses everywhere. In the winter this covers lighter Biweekly leaf removal and hardscape blow off. Compost applications and others also happen in winter.
$489 min up to 7500 sqft serviceable area

Covers a dedicated AOS Garden Tech to service your properties garden. This Tech will manage everything for your garden to look its best and stay healthy. In the winter this covers mulch install, cut-ins, heavy pruning, deep soaks etc.

FULL SERVICE PROGRAM
Irrigation Ace
Covers a dedicated AOS Irrigation Tech to service your properties irrigation. This tech manages everything your irrigation system needs including fixes up to $600 in labor (part charged separately). This tech is a great friend to have looking after, testing, and optimizing your irrigation system. In a drought, they are the ones giving you the best shot at rich growth on the least amount of water.
$189 min up to 7500 sqft serviceable area
No other packages.
All packages carry a start up fee equal to one month and are year-round and billed monthly. If someone wants more detailed service, more priority, and more leeway as far as requests, they can request “1st class”.

1st class adds 50% to the price and allows more detailed scheduled visits.
