This is our standard full property care.
We assign your property a certified Royal or Ace tech. They are fully trained in property maintenance and determine what your property needs to bring your landscape to peak attraction and health.
Most properties receive all services below, sometimes multiple times per year.

Brine System
- Brine reduces the amount of corrosive salts used and helps prevent buildup.
- On some storms, 24 to 48 hours before snowfall, your property may be pretreated to improve safety and reduce salt usage.
Royal Flush Seasonal Program
The Royal Flush is a season long maintenance program designed to keep your property clean, functional and well maintained from fall through early spring.
While fall visits focus on leaf and debris removal, once leaf drop is finished the program shifts into additional maintenance work to continue delivering value through the rest of the season.
