Required Initial Inspection

Before any package begins, we conduct a one-time Landscape Wellness Check, which includes:

After your inspection, you'll receive a tailored estimate  for any corrections needed to bring your property up to our high maintenance standards. This ensures that your garden starts strong — and stays that way.

The Weed Watch Rule

If you spot 3 or more visible weeds in a maintained bed after our visit — and we didn’t note it or treat it — your next visit is free. That’s on us.

Missed Spot = Missed Charge

See a strip of uncut grass, skipped trim, or edging that clearly wasn’t finished? Snap a pic and send it within 24 hours — your next visit is free.

Left Something Dead? That’s On Us.

If we leave a clearly dead plant in place without removing it or flagging it for replacement, we’ll return to fix it and your next visit is free. You shouldn’t have to ask.

Forgotten Tools or Trash? You Get Cash

Find a tool, trash, or leftover materials we forgot to clean up? Next visit is on the house — and we’ll personally apologize.

Silence Isn't Golden

If we ever miss a scheduled visit and don’t notify you in advance, the following visit is completely free. That’s not your job to track.
